Julie is a corporate and regulatory attorney with a distinctive and broad skill set acquired over the course of a 23-year career, in large part, while affiliated with global law firms. Julie represents clients in the competitive energy industry in transactional, regulatory and litigation matters. She regularly advises clients operating in deregulated energy markets on compliance with state and Federal laws and regulations and counsels clients in all aspects of their interactions with state regulatory agencies and ISOs/RTOs. Julie also provides guidance on corporate matters and commercial transactions, including formation and governance, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic combinations and restructurings, contracts, financings, hedging transactions, real estate and employment matters.  

Bruce G. Hart has broad experience in commercial and capital markets litigation, as well as securities enforcement, alternative dispute resolution, and compliance matters. Having spent years at international law firms handling cutting-edge, complex litigation matters – and as in-house counsel responsible for a broad range of legal and compliance matters at an international sovereign debt hedge fund – Hart brings a practical and sophisticated approach to helping clients resolve legal disputes while satisfying their business goals. He is also a member of Human Rights First and has successfully handled over 10 political asylum litigations.
